Aside from the essential basis of disinfecting surfaces and preventing infection by eradicating harmful bacteria and viruses, the organization has also sought to give facilities the ability to streamline their supply chain, minimize logistics, avoid product shortages, and eliminate the disposal of waste containers. The on-site generation system, built around the Annihilyzer\u00ae unit supplied by 21st Century Healthcare Inc., accomplishes all of those goals in a powerful way.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_bb02a684 height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_2 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_f4bd2e83 has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Annihilyzer\u24c7 On-Site Generation<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_2fa5bba0\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 31px; color: #545454; font-weight: 400;\">The Annihilyzer\u00ae is built on a simple concept. It replaces the traditional system of ordering bulk disinfectant delivered in bottles, stored until it is needed, and then requiring the disposal or recycling of bottles following use of the disinfectant. Increasing regulation of waste disposal on the part of institutions like hospitals make this an ultimately untenable solution, and it also leaves hospitals vulnerable to supply chain interruptions due to manufacturing stoppages, extreme weather events, human error, and other unpredictable factors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 31px; color: #545454; font-weight: 400;\">The Annihilyzer\u00ae, a unit installed on site at a medical facility, is filled with salt water either by a distribution partner or staff at the facility itself. The unit then performs a water electrolysis process on demand to produce two fluids: an anolyte solution (OSG-460 D) and a catholyte solution (OSG11-12 C). The catholyte solution is a degreasing\/cleaning agent, and the anolyte solution is an optimal hospital disinfectant.
